in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. As a former Real
Estate Agent/Manager and a former Professional Athlete & Trainer,
his experience whether he is teaching you the fine art of Home Staging,
or preparing your property for sale will give you the leading edge over
the competition.
Duncan is a highly acclaimed Staging Professional having successfully staged and sold over $200 Million of property in London (UK), New York (NY), Palm Beach (FL), Toronto (ON), Ottawa (ON), Edmonton (AB), and Winnipeg (MB). This international and regional knowledge of staging allows Duncan to tailor his teaching methods to geographical areas. Although he now mainly works with Vacant and Luxury properties, no staging job is overlooked by him or his team of professionals.
With a degree in Business and Finance, a vast knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and a long history of teaching adults, Duncan not only teaches the fundamentals of Staging, but also the background information on how to succeed in business and how not to become a "Secret Stager". Although the program is intense, Duncan makes sure his humour is always present to ease the days.
Duncan is available to teach the CSP 3 Day Certification program and as a Keynote Speaker for Real Estate Professionals, Business Owners, Educational Facilities and Associations.
